电离子术联合玉屏风颗粒治疗尖锐湿疣疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨电离子术后联用玉屏风颗粒治疗外阴尖锐湿疣的临床效果。方法选择2009年1月以来笔者所在医院皮肤科门诊治疗的75例外阴尖锐湿疣患者,随机分为对照组37例,单纯用电离子术治疗;治疗组38例,采用电离子术后口服玉屏风颗粒治疗。结果对照组总有效率为72.97%,治疗组总有效率86.84%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。随访6个月,对照组复发率达54.05%,治疗组复发率为13.16%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论电离子术后联用玉屏风颗粒治疗尖锐湿疣的临床效果优于单纯应用电离子术治疗。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the high frequency electric knife combined with Yupingfeng granule on condyloma acuminatum cases. Methods Compared 75 eondyloma acuminatum cases that came to department of Dermatology of our hospital,we randomized the 37 condyloma acuminatum cases to the control group, who were treated with high frequency electric knife and 38 cases to the treatment group who were treated with high frequency electric knife combined with Yupingfeng granule, Results The results showed the efficiency of the control group was 72. 97%, the treatment group was 86. 84% （ P 〈 0. 01 ） , the recurrence rate of the control group was 54. 05% after 6 months treatment while the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 13.16% （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The effect of the high frequency electric knife combined with Yupingfeng granule on condyloma acuminatum was better than the high frequency electric knife alone.
