摘　　要：目的探讨无创呼吸机对心脏术后并发Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床治疗效果。方法对心脏术后并发Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的患者以无创呼吸机治疗前后效果进行临床治疗比较。结果辅以无创呼吸机通气治疗后患者的临床症状、体征和PaO_2、PaCO_2均较治疗前明显改善。结论正确应用无创呼吸机能较快改善心脏术后并发Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床症状,是治疗Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的有效措施。Objective To investigate the treatment effect in clinical for the patients after cardiac surgery concurrency respiratory failure II. Methods To compare the treatment effect in elinieal for the patients after cardiac surgery concurrency respiratory failure II which applieat NPPV. Results By the NPPV treatment, the clinical symptoms and signs and PaO2 , PaCO2 of patients were more before treating. Conclusion Corrected application NPPV could prefect the clinical symptoms of patients after eardiac surgery concurrency respiratory failure II and it was a effective measures.
