摘　　要：以国内外桃胚轴再生方面的相关文献为基础,对影响其再生的相关因子如品种、基本培养基、植物生长调节物质的配比、取材部位、培养条件、胚轴取样时间和放置方式等进行了分析讨论,旨在为建立桃胚轴高频再生体系提供参考。On the basis of the literatures related to the regeneration of peach hypocotyl at home and abroad,the correlation factors affecting the regeneration of peach hypocotyl were discussed and analyzed,including cultivar,basic medium,ratio of plant growth regulators,part of materials,culture condition,sampling time and placement way of hypocotyl,in order to provide the reference for establishing highly efficient regenerative system of peach hypocotyl.
