摘 要:MicroRNA(miRNA)在生物的发育、疾病的发生和发展过程中扮演着重要角色,以其在生命活动中起到的调控作用而备受关注。大量研究证实miRNA与包括肺的生长发育、肺内炎性反应、肺癌、肺纤维化等在内的肺部疾病的发生和发展及转归有着密切的关联。MiRNA芯片技术是一种有效地、高通量地获取miRNA表达的手段,已经成功地运用于肺癌、肺动脉高压症和H1N1流感的研究中。了解miRNA的作用机制有利于完善我们对miRNAs在呼吸系统及全身各个系统的生理调节、疾病发生和发展中作用的理解,为临床诊断及治疗提供新的依据和方向。MicroRNA(miRNA) has been shown to play an important role in the development of physiologic and pathological process of several diseases.Extensive research has explored that miRNAs are involved in regulating the development and prognosis of lung diseases such as pneumonia,lung cancer,pulmonary fibrosis,etc.MicroRNA array is available and high throughout method to obtain miRNA which has been successfully used in the research of lung cancer,pulmonary arterial hypertension,and H1N1 flu.Understanding the mechanisms of miRNA will be beneficial to recognize its function in terms of physiological adjustment in respiratory system and other body systems as well as its action in the occurrence and development of diseases which can be helpful to the clinical diagnosis and therapy.
