摘 要:目的评价并对比母血、脐带血及羊水中IL-6水平对亚临床宫内感染的预测价值。方法选择在笔者所在医院择期剖宫产分娩并诊断为亚临床宫内感染的68例孕妇作为本次研究的病例组,未诊断有亚临床宫内感染的100孕妇作为对照组。用Elisa的方法分别测量两组母血、脐带血及羊水的IL-6水平,并通过绘制ROC曲线的方法评价不同生物标本IL-6水平预测亚临床宫内感染的效果。结果母血、脐带血和羊水中IL-6水平预测亚临床宫内感染的灵敏度分别为68.00%、74.50%和77.50%,特异度分别为89.00%、85.50%和87.50%。结论三种体液IL-6预测亚临床宫内感染的效果均较好,并以羊水IL-6预测亚临床宫内感染的价值最高。Objective To assess and compare the values of interleukin -6 (IL -6) in maternal serum, umbilical cord blood and amniotic fluid in predicting subclinical intrauterine infection in pregnant Chinese women. Methods 68 pregnant women who were diagnosed as subclinical intrauterine infection were selected as our cases. At the same time, 100 pregnant women without subclinical intrauterine infection were chosen as the controls. All the subjects were cesarean section. In order to measure the level of IL - 6 in maternal serum, umbilical cord blood and amniotic fluid an Elisa method was used. We used ROC curve to assess the ability of IL - 6 cut point in different sample predicting suhclinial intrauterine infection. Results The sensitivity of IL - 6 in maternal serum, umbilical cord blood and amniotic fluid predicting subclinical intrauterine infection were68.00%, 74.50%, and 77.50%, with their specificity being 89.00%, 85.50%, and 87.50%, respectively. Conclusion IL -6 in maternal serum, umbilical cord blood and amniotic fluid has good predicting value on subclinical intrauterine infection in Chinese women, and the IL -6 concentration of amniotic fluid is the best one.
