倍美力软膏与抗生素联用对老年性阴道炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察倍美力软膏与抗生素联用对老年性阴道炎的治疗效果。方法 600例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,治疗前后,采用化学发光法测定血清雌二醇含量。观察组采用倍美力软膏与甲硝唑、头孢氨苄联用;对照组仅采用甲硝唑和头孢氨苄。结果观察组与对照组治疗前血清雌二醇水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组血清雌二醇水平明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。45～年龄组中老年患者血清雌二醇水平,在治疗前后均明显高于60岁以上组,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论雌激素水平降低是老年性阴道炎主要的发病机制。倍美力软膏与抗生素联用,对老年性阴道炎具有良好治疗效果。Objective Observe the curative effect of using premarin ointment and antibiotic. Methods Divided 600 patients with the same age and medical history into the observed group and the comparative group. Measured the level of estradiol by chemiluminescence. Offered premarin ointment, metronidazole and cefalexin to the observed group, while the comparative group was only treated by metronidazole and cefalexin. Results There was no obvious difference in the level of estradiol between the two groups before treatment（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Whereas, the level of estradiol of the observed group was higher than that of the comparative one after treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The level of estradiol of the 45 - 60 years old was obviously higher than that of the patients over 60 （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The decline of estrogen is the cause of senile vaginitis. The combination of premarin ointment and antibiotic has an obvious curative effect in treating senile vaginitis.
