关于灾后心理援助——由日本灾后重建引发的思考

摘　　要：3·11日本地震的发生，面对这一特大型的连环灾难，日本民众不仅需要承受身体上的严重伤害，心理上更是留下了不可磨灭的创伤。为此，引发了笔者对灾后心理援助问题的思考。笔者以为在灾后的救援工作中，心理援助也是一项不可忽视的工作，应作为一项系统工程引起国家政府和社会各界的关注。在实施心理援助的过程中，明确救援主体，针对不同群体采取相应的救援方法，并结合多种形式开展具体的心理援助活动，是灾后心理重建成功的关键之所在。March 1 hh, the day when the earthquake struck Japan still remains fresh. Faced with that huge chain disaster, Japanese citizens not only need to suffer physical impairment, but also indelible mental trauma. The author reflects on the post-disaster psychological aid and holds that during the post-disaster rescue work, psychological aid is a non-negligible task and should be regarded as a systematic project to be attached with great importance by the governments and various social circles. During the implementation of psychological aid, it is the key to determine whether post-disaster psychological reconstruction can succeed that the subjects of aid is made clear, that relevant rescue methods are adopted according to respective groups, and that psychological aid are carried out in various concrete forms.
