摘　　要：进入新世纪，我国旅游业发展迅速。与此同时，旅游从业人员职业道德失范现象也日益严重。本文以当前我国旅游从业人员职业道德现状分析为基础，结合转型时期经济社会发展特点，全面剖析问题成因，以期为业界提供可资借鉴的破解之道。The tourism industry in China has been developing rapidly since the new century. However, the professionals in tourism industry have descended into ethics chaos. This article makes comprehensive analysis of its causes on the basis of current situation of occupation ethics in combination with features of the social and economic development in the transition period. And this study hopefully will contribute to the development of the tourism industry.
