摘 要:针对煤制油生产过程产生的低浓度含油废水生物降解差的特点,探讨了PACT法处理煤制油废水的工艺条件和去除COD、NH3-N、SS、油的效果。结果表明,PACT处理煤制油废水的最佳操作工艺条件为:pH 7~7.5,HRT 16 h,PAC的投加量为0.5 g.L-1,此时COD、SS、NH3-N、油的去除率分别为70%~75%、60%~63%、58%~60%、75%~80%,出水达到了污水综合排放的一级标准,投加PAC强化了系统的生化降解效果,同时也改善了污泥的沉降性能。Since the coal-to-liquids produced low density wastewater had characteristic of bad biodegradability,PACT for treating the process condition of coal-to-liquids wastewater and the removing effect of COD,SS,NH3-N,Oil had been studied.The research results showed that,PACT treating coal-to-liquids wastewater optimal process conditions were: pH between 7~7.5,HRT was 16 h,addition PAC was 0.5 g·L-1,the removing rate of COD,SS,NH3-N,Oil were 70%~75%,60%~63%,58%~60%,75%~80%,respectively,the effluent water density could reach the national the first class discharge standards,after adding PAC,the biodegradable effect was strengthened and the subsidence performance was improved.
