摘  要:煤制气废水中含有大量难降解的大分子有机污染物,国内煤制气企业废水生化处理尾水普遍存在COD超标现象。针对这一现状,本文提出了采用褐煤活性焦对煤制气生化废水进行吸附深度处理的方法。研究了不同投加量、pH、吸附时间对该活性焦吸附性能的影响。结果表明,在25℃、投加量47 g.L-1、吸附时间2 h的条件下,某气化厂SBR工艺出水经活性焦吸附处理后,COD去除率可达93%,出水COD<50 mg.L-1,满足城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB l8918-2002)中1级A排放标准。Coal gasification wastewater contains large amounts of hard-degradable macromolecular organic pollutants.The COD in tail wastewater of domestic coal gas company by biochemical treatment exceeds bid is a general phenomenon.In this connection,the adsorption-advanced treatment for coal gas wastewater by using lignite activated coke was introduced in this article.Different dosing quantity,pH and adsorption time influence on this activated coke adsorption property had been studied.The experiment showed that under the conditions of 25 ℃,the dosage of 47 g·L-1,and 2 h of adsorption time,when SBR process water of gasification plant was adsorbed by activated coke,the COD removal rate will up to 93%,and effluent COD was less than 50 mg·L-1,which met A emission standards in the urban sewage treatment plant emission standards(GB l8918-2002).
