摘  要:利用固定化藻类的生物富积作用净化污水中的氮和磷,将铜绿微囊藻分别包埋固定在海藻酸钠、聚乙烯醇凝胶中对畜禽污水进行净化处理,研究在不同包埋剂固定的情况下,铜绿微囊藻球对不同浓度畜禽废水中氨氮和总磷的去除效果。结果表明,海藻酸钠作为包埋剂时,固定化藻球对高浓度污水中和低浓度污水中氨氮和总磷的平均去除率分别达到90.77%、76.10%和82.37%、67.59%;聚乙烯醇作为包埋剂时,固定化藻球对高浓度污水中和低浓度污水中氨氮和总磷的平均去除率分别达到79.39%、69.04%和65.70%、60.65%。海藻酸钠作为包埋剂时,其处理效果略优于用聚乙烯醇作为包埋剂的情况,而且在高浓度条件下,处理效果更好。By using bioconcentration of immobilized algae to remove N and P from Wastewater, Microcystis Aeruginosa was immobilized in SA and PVA separately to purify livestock wastewater. This paper researched the purification ability to NH4+-N and TP of different livestock wastewater by immobilized Microcystis aeruginosa in different embedding medium(SA,PVA). The results showed that: using SA as embedding medium, the removal rate of immobilized Microcystis aeruginosa on NH4+-N and TP reached 90.77%,76.10% from the high concentration of livestock wastewater and 82.37%,67.59% from the light concentration of livestock wastewater; and using PVA as embedding medium, the removal rate of immobilized Microcystis aeruginosa on NH4+-N and TP reached 79.39%,69.04% from the high concentration of livestock wastewater and 65.70%, 60.65% from the light concentration of livestock wastewater. By comparison it concludes that SA used as embedding medium had a bit of advantage over PVA on purification, and especially better on high concentration livestock wastewatet.
