摘　　要：区域图书馆整体协同发展是新信息环境下的发展观念和发展形态。从内涵上看，区域图书馆整体协同发展在观念上跳出了单个图书馆发展的视野，在形态上注重区域图书馆内部关系变化和调整，形成联系紧密、组织有序、运行高效的图书馆整体；在功能上强调通过资源共享、服务协作形成图书馆行业的整体竞争力。从原则上看，具有自组织、标准化、特色服务的特性和要求。区域图书馆整体协同发展要发挥各图书馆主体的自觉能动性，强调同一标准下的集体行动，强调各图书馆功能的特色性和不可替代性。从机制上看，区域图书馆整体协同发展的实现在模型上由动因、过程、结果、效应四部分组成。Reginal libraries＇ coordinated development is a conception and pattern of development in new information environment. This paper describes the overall coordinated development of regional library content, including out of the conception of a single vision of library development,adjusting the formation of internal relations which are closely connected and organized, efficient operation of the library as a whole, the sharing of resources and services collaboration to improve the overall eompetitiveness of the library. The paper analyzes the principles of overall cool^tinated development of regional library： self-organization, tile same standard, special services. The paper also builds a mechanism model for regional library cooperative development, including the causes, processes, results and effects.
