摘　　要：以东莞图书馆集群管理模式为案例,阐述"技术+管理"综合统筹发展模式的具体实现、成效及在全国的辐射情况。"技术+管理"的图书馆集群发展路径的易用性、可行性和经济性表明"技术+管理"的综合统筹发展具有普遍的示范意义和辐射效应,是我国区域图书馆整体协同发展的一种现实选择。Based on the management pattern of Dnngguan library cluster, the authors expounds the concrete realization, effectiveness and the radiation in the country of the case ＂technique ＋ management＂ integrated model. The model shows the charaeters of ease-ofuse, feasibility and economics, and has the universal significance and radiation effect.
