中国公共图书馆财政支出与经济增长关系研究

摘　　要：运用1985-2009年时间序列数据,探讨我国公共图书馆财政支出与经济增长之间的相互关系。结果表明:我国公共图书馆财政支出与经济增长之间相互促进,互动协调发展;两者存在长期均衡关系,短期关系存在波动;经济增长对公共图书馆财政支出的贡献一直呈快速上升趋势,贡献率不断增大;公共图书馆财政支出对经济增长具有拉动作用,但贡献率不是特别明显。基于实证分析的结果,进一步提出建立财政支持公共图书馆事业发展长效机制的建议。In this paper, based on time series data in China from 1985 to 2009, the authors make all empirical analysis of relationship between fiscal public library spending and economic growth. The results show that： fiseal public library spending and economic growth of mutual promotion, coordinated development in China. There is a long-term equilibrium and short-term fluctuation relationship between them. The eontribution of economic growth to fiscal public library spending has been an upward trend and the contribution rate is increasing. The fiscal public library spending gives a great boost to China＇s economic growth, but the contribution not very obvious. Based on the empirical analysis resuhs, this paper puts forward a suggestion to establish long-term mechanism of fiscal support to the public library developmenh
