厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗原发性高血压127例临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法选择符合标准的原发性高血压患者127例，随机分为A、B两组，A组65例，B组62例。A组口服厄贝沙坦150mg氢氯噻嗪12．5mg片开始，每日1次。B组口服厄贝沙坦片150mg，每日1次。血压未达标者，2周后药量加倍。连续用药12周。观察两组降压疗效和不良反应。结果A组与B组总有效率分别为89．2％与69．3％，两组比较，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪片治疗原发性高血压降压组疗效明显优于单用厄贝沙坦片组，两组均能逆转左室高电压改善心肌缺血，且不良反应少。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide tablet for primary hypertension. Methods Selected 127 patients that conform to primary hypertension standards, and randomly divided them into two groups： group A with 65 cases and group B with 62 cases. Group A of took 150 mg eritrea bei sand jotham and 12.5 mg hydrochlorothiazide tablet orally once per day. Group B orally took 150 mg eritrea bei sand jotham tablet once per day. If the patients＇ blood pressure didn＇ t lower to the target presure after 2 weeks, doubled the dose. Continuously treated all the patients for 12 weeks. Observed the antihypertensive effect and adverse reactions of both groups. Results The total effect of group A and B group were 89.2% and 69.3 %, respectively; there was obvious difference between them （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Irbesartan Hydrochlorothiazide tablet outperform eritrea bei sand jotham on the treatment of primary hypertension. Both can reverse left ventricular high voltage, improve myocardial ischemia, and have little side effect.
