摘　　要：目的探讨经纤维支气管镜(简称纤支镜)氩气刀治疗中心气道疾病的疗效。方法 12例中心气道疾病患者,其中气管切开处肉芽肿4例,左主支气管结核性肉芽肿1例,弥漫性气道淀粉样变2例,气管恶性肿瘤4例,气管平滑肌瘤1例,给予经纤支镜氩气刀治疗,其中静脉诱导麻醉下操作3例,1%丙泊酚镇静下操作4例,另5例为2%盐酸利多卡因表面麻醉下操作。结果 12例患者前后操作共25次,1例气道淀粉样变患者前后共治疗8次。全部病例治疗1次后气促症状明显地缓解。结论纤支镜氩气刀治疗中心气道疾病有良好的效果,副反应小。【Objective】To evaluate the efficacy of argon plasma coagulation （APC） in treating central airway diseases via fibrobronchoscope. 【Methods】12 cases with central airway diseases were treated by APC through fibrobronchoscope. Among these patients, 4 cases were trachea granuloma of incision, 1 case tuberculous granuloma in the left main bronchus, 2 cases of diffuse airway amyloidosis, 4 cases trachea malignant tumors, and 1 case was trachea leiomyoma. 3 cases were under vein induction of anaesthesia, 4 cases under 1% Propofol, and other 5 cases were under superfacial anesthesia with 2% lidocaine hydrochloride. 【Results】There were total 25 times for the treatment of APC among those 12 cases. One of the patients with airway amyloidosis was treated with APC 8 times. After the first treatment of APC, the symptoms of short breath were relieved visibly in all the patients.【Conclusions】The treatment of airway diseases by APC via fibrobronchoscope is effective and safe.
