摘　　要：目的探讨复杂性输尿管上段结石(CUU)应用后腹腔镜技术治疗的价值与技巧。方法回顾分析43例复杂性输尿管上段结石患者的临床资料,所有病例均行后腹腔镜输尿管上段切开取石(RLU)。结果 43例手术均一次性取石成功,无明显手术并发症,手术时间25～110min,平均手术时间53min;35例均获得随访,随访时间为6～48个月,无输尿管狭窄发生。结论在熟练掌握腹腔镜技术的基础上,后腹腔镜技术治疗复杂性输尿管上段结石显示了其独特的优越性。【Objective】To investigate the technique and clinical value of retro-laparoscopic ureterolithotomy （RLU） for complicated upper ureteral calculi （CUU）.【Methods】The clinical data of 43 cases with CUU were analyzed and all the cases were treated by RLU.【Results】The stones of all cases were successfully taken out by RLU. No complications had been observed and the operative time ranged from 25 to 110 minutes （mean 53 minutes）. No ureter stenosi had been observed in 35 cases during the 2 to 48 months follow-up. 【Conclusion】The treatment of CUU with RLU shows unique superiority on the basis of skilled technology and in some cases may be preferred.
