摘　　要：面对日益严峻的就业压力,大学毕业生在思想上容易产生各种问题。鉴于此,分析和梳理大学毕业生在就业中思想上存在的主要问题,提出思想政治教育的内容和方法,对发挥思想政治教育的针对性和实效性,促进大学毕业生顺利就业有着积极意义。Facing the increasingly fierce pressure of employment,university graduates are inclined to ideologically develop various problems.Therefore,this paper analyzes and summarizes the main problems of university graduates when seeking employment,puts forward the content and methods of ideological and political education,which is of positive significance for the suitability and effectiveness of ideological and political education and the promoting of their successful graduation.
