摘  要:通过野外调查和室内实验相结合的研究方法,测定了水曲柳(Fraxinus mandschurica Rupr.)、大果榆(Ulums macrocarpa Hance.)和蒙古栎(Quercus mongolica Fisch.ex Turcz.)植物群落土壤养分含量及pH值,测定了7年生水曲柳、大果榆和蒙古栎苗木根系生物量,分析了3种植物根系生物量垂直分布与土壤养分及pH值之间的相互关系。结果表明:水曲柳群落在0~60cm土壤深度内,特别是表层土壤中有机碳、全氮、全磷和速效氮、速效磷、速效钾均高于大果榆和蒙古栎群落;每种植物根系生物量的垂直变化都呈指数递减;3种植物根系的总生物量依次为:大果榆4.04g﹥水曲柳2.63g﹥蒙古栎2.21g;3种植物根系生物量垂直分布都与土壤有机碳、全氮、全磷、速效氮、速效磷和速效钾在0.05水平下显著相关;水曲柳根系生物量垂直分布与pH值在0.05水平下显著相关,而大果榆和蒙古栎根系生物量与pH值无关。On the basis of field investigation and laboratory study,the soil nutrient contents and pH value of the plant communities of Fraxinus mandschuricaRupr.Ulums macrocarpaHance.and Quercus mongolicaFisch.ex Turcz.in Da Qinggou were measured.The vertical distribution of root biomass of three kinds of seven years old of Fraxinus mandschuricaRupr.Ulums macrocarpaHance.and Quercus mongolicaFisch.ex Turcz.seedling was measured.The relationships between the root biomasses of three kinds of seedlings and the siol nutrient content and pH value were analysed.The results showed that the contents of soil organic carbon,total nitrogen,total phosphorus and rapid nutrient in the surface soil of the plant community of Fraxinus mandschurica Rupr were higher than others.Vertical variation of root biomass of three kinds of seedlings showed exponential decline curve.The total root biomasses of three kinds of plant were ranked in order: Quercus mongolicaFisch.ex Turcz(4.04g)﹥Fraxinus mandschuricaRupr(2.63g)﹥Ulums macrocarpaHance(2.21g).The vertical distributions of root biomass of these three kinds of plants were significant positively related to soil organic carbon,total nitrogen,total phosphorus and rapidly nutrient(P0.05).And the distribution of root biomass of Fraxinus mandschuricaRupr had positive correlation with PH value at the level of 0.05.But the distributions of root biomass of other two plants were independent on pH.
