蒲地蓝消炎口服液与利巴韦林治疗儿童手足口病的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的评价蒲地蓝消炎口服液与利巴韦林治疗儿童手足口病的临床疗效。方法计算机检索万方医学网与中文科技期刊全文数据库(VIP),纳入蒲地蓝消炎口服液与利巴韦林治疗儿童手足口病的文献,并进行方法学质量评价和采用RevMan 5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果纳入6篇RCT,Meta分析结果显示:蒲地蓝消炎口服液组与利巴韦林组的痊愈率和有效率均有显著性差异,RR(95%CI)分别为6.01(3.30,10.93)与4.20(2.79,6.33);退热时间、疱疹消退时间与口腔溃疡消退时间也均有显著性差异,MD(95%CI)分别为-1.22(-2.05,-0.38)、-1.27(-1.78,-0.77)与-1.53(-2.34,-0.71)。结论目前国内证据表明,蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗儿童手足口病疗效优于利巴韦林,但受纳入文献质量影响,以上结论需要高质量的临床证据进一步证实。Objective It is to evaluate the curative effect of Pudilan Xiaoyan Koufuye and ribavirin on hand foot and mouth disease in children.Methods The literature report of Pudilan Xiaoyan Koufuye and ribavirin on hand foot and mouth disease in children were gathered from VIP and Wanfang data bases.The methodological quality of included studies was evaluated,and data analyses were performed with RevMan 5.0 software.Results Six papers were searched.The cure rates and effective rates in Pudilan Xiaoyan Koufuye group and ribavirin group all had significant differences and RR（95%CI） were 6.01（3.30,10.93） and 4.20（2.79,6.33） respectively.The pyretolysis time,herpes regression time and oral ulcer regression time in Pudilan Xiaoyan Koufuye group and ribavirin group all had significant differences and MD（95%CI） were-1.22（-2.05,-0.38）,-1.27（-1.78,-0.77） and-1.53（-2.34,-0.71） respectively.Conclusion According to the current evidence,the curative effect of Pudilan Xiaoyan Koufuye on hand foot and mouth disease in children is better than that of ribavirin.However,because of the influence of the quality of the literature brought into,high quality of clinical evidence is needed to further prove the curative effect of Pudilan Xiaoyan Koufuye.
