摘　　要：在对国内外网站可访问性的法规与标准以及相关评价研究进行综述的基础上,利用Achecker在线软件工具对4个公认的世界城市和我国北京、上海的政府网站进行基于WCAG 2.0级别A标准的可访问性检测。从网页平均错误数来看,上海错误数最少,巴黎和北京有待改进;从网站首页检测结果来看,六城市政府网站的首页均没有通过检测;从错误类型来看,各城市网站的错误主要集中在某一种或两种类型上;六城市政府网站的可访问性排名依次为:伦敦、东京、上海、纽约、巴黎、北京。根据检测结果提出如下建议:重视首页的可访问性;改进终端页面;有针对性地改正技术错误;定期检测和改进;提高用户参与度。图1。表5。参考文献31。After reviewing the domestic and international laws and regulations, standards and the relevant evaluation researches on Web accessibility, this paper examines the accessibility of government websites of London, Tokyo, New York, Paris, Beijing and Shanghai based on WCAG 2.0 Success Criteria Level A using an accessibility testing tool. The paper uses the examination results to analyze the most prevalent errors among the sites and conducts a comprehensive evaluation on the sites＇ accessibility. Finally this paper offers a number of strategies to improve the web design practices, lfig. 5tabs. 31 refs.
