摘 要:将膜生物反应器(MBR)与A/O工艺相结合,构建A/O—MBR中试处理系统。考察其处理低碳源污水脱氮除磷效果。结果表明:在水温为12~16℃、HRT为10h、污泥浓度为4000~7000mg/L、好氧池DO为0.3~0.8mg/L、回流比为200%~300%条件下,出水平均COD(?)、TN、NH3—N、TP浓度分别为28mg/L、13.61mg/L、1.46mg/L、2.77mg/L。与同期运行的A2/O系统相比,A/O—MBR工艺有机物去除和脱氮效果较优,且硝化池容和硝化需氧量较低。同时发现膜组件的设置对于稳定出水和提高系统抗冲击负荷能力发挥重大作用。Based on the combination of membrane bioreactor and A/O process, a pilot-scale treatment system was constructed to test the nitrogen and phosphorus removal effects on low carbon source wastewater. The results showed: the average effluent concentrations of CODCr, TN, NH3-N, TP were 28 mg/L,13. 61 mg/L,1. 46 mg/L and 2. 77 mg/L respectively. Compared with the asynchronous operating A^2/O system, A/O- MBR had better organic and nitrogen removal effect and needed lower capacity and oxygen for nitrification tank. Meanwhile, it was found that membrane components installation had great influence on stabilizing the effluent flow rate and improving the system resistance to impact loading
