腹舒粘敷贴缓解儿科乳糖酸红霉素静滴不良反应的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:评价腹舒粘敷贴在缓解乳糖酸红霉素静脉滴注不良反应中的作用。方法:150例下呼吸道感染住院患儿随机分为3组,A组单用乳糖酸红霉素,B组联合应用乳糖酸红霉素+山莨菪碱,C组联合应用乳糖酸红霉素+腹舒粘敷贴,每组患儿均为50例。同时观察各组患儿应用乳糖酸红霉素过程中不良反应发生情况。结果:山莨菪碱和腹舒粘敷贴均可明显缓解乳糖酸红霉素静滴引起的胃肠道不良反应。对于缓解注射部位疼痛,山莨菪碱优于腹舒粘敷贴。结论:腹舒粘敷贴可明显缓解乳糖酸红霉素静滴的胃肠道不良反应。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of Fushu patches on reducing the adverse reactions of erythromycin in pediatric patients. METHODS 150 cases who suffered from lower respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into three groups as follows： treated with erythromycin only （group A）, treated with erythromycin and raceanisodamine （group B） and treated with erythromycin and Fushu patches, The adverse reactions of erythromycin such as gastrointestinal reaction and injection site pain were observed. RESULTS Both Fushu patches and raceanisodamine could reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal reaction of erythromycin. But for reducing injection site pain, raceanisodamine had a better effect than Fushu patches. CONCLUSION Fushu patches is effective for reducing gastrointestinal reaction caused by erythromycin.
