含呋喃唑酮三联方案不同疗程治疗幽门螺杆菌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价含呋喃唑酮三联方案不同疗程治疗幽门螺杆菌的有效性和安全性。方法:将幽门螺杆菌阳性患者随机分成左氧氟沙星组、阿莫西林组和对照组,按疗程再分成亚组,治疗组均包含呋喃唑酮和奥美拉唑,观察其疗效。结果:含呋喃唑酮三联方案与对照组在总根除率上无差异,且随疗程增加而增加;不良反应发生率各组随疗程增加而增加,左氧氟沙星组总发生率要略高于其他组;在临床症状缓解上,3组间无差异,各组缓解率随疗程增加而增加。结论:含呋喃唑酮三联方案是安全有效的幽门螺杆菌根除方案,10,14日疗程均可获得好的疗效,10日疗程最佳。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy and safety of furazolidone-containing triple therapies with different courses of treatment for Helicobacter pylori infection. METHODS The patients with Helicobacter pylori were randomly divided into treatment groups （levofloxacin treatment group and amoxicillin treatment group） and control group. Each group was further divided into three subgroups according to different courses of treatment. Two treatment groups both containing furazolidone and omeprazole. Effectiveness of all groups was evaluated. RESULTS There was no Significant difference in total eradication rate among the three groups, the eradication rate was increased along with the increment of the treatment. The incidence of adverse reaction increased with the increment of the treatment in three groups, but the incidence of the levofloxacin group was slightly higher than the incidence of amoxicillin and control groups. In the terms of clinical remission, there was no statistical significance among the three groups, the clinical remission rate also increased with the increment of treatment. CONCLUSION The triple regimen therapies of furazolidone, omeprazole combined with amoxicillin or levofloxacin are safe and effective programs for Helicobacter pylori eradication. In the course of treatment, the 10 days and 14 days theraphy can get a good effect on treatment. The best course of treatment is the 10 days theraphy.
