钢管混凝土翼缘削弱外加强环式节点受力性能研究

摘  要:加强环式节点在受力时易于在转角处形成应力集中,其破坏也一般集中在节点域区间,因而不能形成"强节点".对经过翼缘削弱处理的外加强环节点进行模拟分析,发现节点受力情况得到明显改善:(1)环板上应力分布得到明显缓和,转角处的应力集中程度明显降低;(2)在弹性受力阶段节点刚度没有下降;(3)在反复荷载作用下,节点域变形很小,环面上的塑性扩展不明显.由此可见,通过翼缘削弱可以明显改善外加强环式节点的受力性能,从而达到"强节点"的要求.It shows by the test research that forced out stiffener ring connections easily form stress concentration on the corner.As the failure also usually concentrated in the joint region,it could not form "strong joint".According to the simulation analysis of out stiffener ring connections that have been weakened the flange,the force conditions of the joints are greatly improved:(1)the stress distribution of ring plate eases up obviously while the stress concentration degree significantly decreased;(2)the rigidity does not decrease during the period of elastic loading;(3)under repeated loading,the joint region deforms very little and the plastic expansion on the ring surface is not obvious.This indicates that the mechanical behavior of out stiffener ring connections could be obviously improved by weakening flange to meet the request of "strong joint".
