摘  要:铝带应用广泛,但其焊接性能差、耐腐蚀性能不好。为此,在瓦特体系镀镍液中添加柠檬酸钠,采用直流电镀方法在铝带表面镀镍,研究了柠檬酸钠浓度对镀镍铝带表面形貌、相结构、延伸率及耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:镀镍液中添加柠檬酸钠可以细化镍镀层的晶粒,影响晶面择优取向;镀镍铝带的延伸率、耐蚀性随柠檬酸钠浓度的增加而先增加后降低,柠檬酸钠浓度为40.0 g/L时镀镍铝带的延伸率最大,柠檬酸钠浓度为60.0 g/L时镀镍铝带的耐蚀性最强。Ni coating was electroplated on aluminum strip while sodium citrate was introduced into the plating bath of Watt system.The effect of the concentration of sodium citrate in the plating bath on the surface morphology,crystal structure, ductility and corrosion resistance of Ni coating was investigated. It was found that the introduction of sodium citrate into the plating bath caused grain refining of the Ni coating and influenced its preferred orientation as well.The elongation rate and corrosion resistance of the Ni-plated aluminum strip initially increased with increasing concentration of sodium citrate and later decreased therewith.The Al strip covered with Ni coating at a sodium citrate concentration of 40.0 g/L had the largest elongation rate, while that covered with Ni coating at a sodium citrate concentration of 60.0 g/L possessed the best corrosion resistance.
