摘 要:为促进低表面能氟碳涂料的研究应用,使用能谱仪(EDS)、扫描电镜(SEM)、接触角测量仪和划格试验法对FEVE(氟烯烃-乙烯基醚或酯的共聚物)氟碳涂料涂膜表面进行表征和测试,考察了氟碳涂料中的偶联剂、填料及颜料含量对涂层性能的影响。结果表明:涂层表层比底层的氟含量要高,且存在纳米级的"突起";偶联剂含量大于3.0%时涂层的憎水性接触角和附着力较好,但不影响涂料的耐腐蚀性能;金红石型TiO_2含量增加会降低涂层的憎水性,附着力提高,耐腐蚀性能增强;气相SiO_2对憎水性接触角的影响不大,但随着其用量的增加,附着力下降,耐腐蚀性能先增强后稍有下降。涂料中偶联剂添加量为5.5%-8.5%、金红石型TiO_2添加量为2.0%-6.0%、气相SiO_2添加量为2.5%-6.1%时有利于提高低表面能氟碳涂层的性能。The effects of coupling agent,pigment and filler used in fluorocarbon resin paint on the performance of the coatings made of the fluorocarbon resin paint were investigated based on energy dispersive spectrometric analysis,scanning electron microscopic analysis, contact angle tests and scratching tests.Results show that the surface of the coatings has a higher fluorine content than the underlayer, and contains nano-sized protrusions.The coatings made of the paint with coupling agent content of above 3.0%possessed stronger hydrophobicity and adhesion to substrate,but their corrosion resistance remained almost unchanged.Increasing content of rutile TiO_2 in the paint resulted in reduced hydrophobicity as well as increased adhesion and corrosion resistance of the coatings. Moreover,gas-phase SiO_2 had little effect on the hydrophobicity of the coatings.With increasing content of SiO_2,the adhesion of the coatings was reduced,and the corrosion resistance of the coatings initially rose but later declined therewith.The fluorocarbon coatings made of the paint consisting of 5.5%- 8.5% coupling agent,2.0%~ 6.0%TiO_2 and 2.5 ~ 6.1%SiO_2 possessed better performance.
