摘  要:为了提高钛合金与化学镀镍层的结合力,以微孤氧化、HCl和HF活化对钛合金作前处理后再进行化学镀镍并在300℃下进行热处理,研究了镀镍层与基体的结合力及其硬度。结果表明:钛合金化学镀镍前进行微弧氧化可以显著提高镀镍层的结合力,镀层经热处理后结合力得到进一步提高,临界载荷为35.30 N,硬度达1 186.9 HV。Pretreatment such as micro-arc oxidation and activation by aqueous solutions of HCl and HF was conducted for Ti alloy before Ni electroless plating,which was then combined with post heat -treatment of electroless Ni coating at 300℃so as to improve the adhesion of electroless Ni coating to Ti alloy substrate.The hardness and adhesion to substrate of the Ni coating were measured.It was found that micro-arc oxidation of Ti alloy substrate before electroless Ni plating helped to improve the adhesion of the coating to substrate,and heat - treatment contributed to further improved adhesion of the Ni coating.Resultant heat-treated electroless Ni coating had a critical load of 35.30 N and hardness of 1186.9 HV.
