摘  要:采用α-官能团硅烷为交联剂,以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷为基础聚合物,配合其他助剂制备一种快速固化脱醇型RTV-1硅酮密封胶。研究结果表明:当α-官能团硅烷交联剂质量分数为8%时,密封胶的表干时间可缩短到2 min,拉伸强度可达2.26 MPa,剪切强度为2.00 MPa,断裂伸长率为210%;未硫化胶料在胶管中于95℃烘箱中放置96 h后,胶料表干时间不变,拉伸强度和剪切强度仅分别下降0.09%和0.05%。与以甲基三甲氧基硅烷为交联剂的密封胶相比,采用α-官能团硅烷作为交联剂的密封胶不仅贮存性能好,而且密封胶在生产过程中无增稠现象,操作工艺简便。A fast curing dealcoholized one component room temperature vulcanizing (RTV-1)silicone rubber was prepared with α-, ω-dihydroxy ploydimethylsiloxane, α-functional group of silane and other additives. The results show that the tack-free time is shortened to two minutes with eight parts of the crosslinking agent by weight, the tensile strength is 2. 26 MPa,the shear strength is 2. 00 MPa and the elongation at break is 210%. The properties of silicone sealant are changed very little after aging at 95℃ for 96 hours ,the tensile strength and the shear strength are reduced only 0. 09% and 0. 05% respectively. The storage stability and the process performance of this composition are improved obviously compared to the silicone sealant used methyltrimethoxysilane as the crosslinking agent.
