摘　　要：分析橡胶装置溶剂泵机械密封泄的原因,结果表明,溶剂泵机械密封泄漏的原因是密封端面比压过大造成静环急剧磨损而引起的。将原来的非平衡型改造成平衡型的机械密封后,密封端面的密封性能和磨耗性都能满足要求,使用寿命有了明显提高。The leak reasons of the mechanical seals for solvent pumps was analyzed, the results indicated that the leak reason was that the seal face specific pressure was too high which lead to the abrasion of stator ring suddenly. After transforming the original non-balanced mechanical seals to the balanced mechanical seal, the seal character and the abradability of seal face could satisfy the request, service life was improved obviously.
