摘 要:目的:开发出实现心音自识别的算法。方法:采用Matlab平台设计,通过小波分解、短时平均能量等方法获取心音包络,并对所取得的包络进行双阈值定位,找出心音特征点,并计算相关参数。结果:算法可以获取平滑的心音包络,并由此进行高精度的心音定位,获取心音持续时间,计算心率、心音时限比等参数。结论:算法可实现对心音的自动定量分析,相比于传统心音听诊,具有可观性强、频带宽等特点,并可记录患者的病理特征,通过治疗前后的对比为诊疗过程提供评估依据。Objective To develop a program to achieve automatic recognition of heart sound.Methods The program was based on Matlab10.0 platform,double threshold positioning with heart sound envelope was accomplished and extracted by methods such as wavelet decomposition,and the heart sound feature points and calculate parameters were found.Results The program could obtain a smooth heart sound envelope,thus accurately position heart sounds,obtain heart sounds duration,calculate heart rate and other parameters.Conclusion The algorithm can achieve automatic quantitative analysis of heart sounds,compared with traditional heart sound auscultation,it has characteristics of strong observability and wide bandwidth,provides the basis of evaluation process for the diagnosis and treatment by comparing pathological features recorded before and after the treatment.
