摘　　要：目的:研制一套主要用于军队医院外出部队体检的信息系统,该系统也可用于院内体检中心日常工作。方法:依托医院"军卫一号"数据库,采用PowerBuilder开发平台和Photoshop图像处理技术,与PACS、LIS等无缝连接,通过数据转换进行外检工作流程的数据传输与共享。结果:该系统可实现医院外检过程中的登记、检查、报告等功能,并可根据体检数据,为官兵的健康保健给出指导性建议。结论:该系统适用于军队医院体检中心,能优化外检流程,有效提高外检工作效率。Objective To design a set of health examination information system for out-examination in military hospital.The system also can be used during examination workflows in hospital examination center.Methods The system was based on No.1 Military Hospital Information System and developed by PowerBuilder and Photoshop,using data conversion to share data during out-examination works.Results Connecting with PACS and LIS,the system included registering,examining and reporting.Also,it could provide guiding suggestions to soldiers by analyzing their examination data.Conclusion This system can be used in the health examination center in military hospital which can optimize the out-examination flow and improve the work efficiency.
