摘　　要：目的:研制一种附配于氧气袋的能够提示氧气袋氧气导管腔内氧气流动状况的一次性便携式氧气流速提示瓶,供平战时院外救护以及院内辅助检查便携给氧使用。方法:在圆球形瓶体上开设2个互对的瓶口,将柔性氧气引入管及排氧管分别设置在2个互对的瓶口上,并在柔性氧气引入管的出氧口上设置一个配重球,排气管的进氧口位于瓶体内腔中心位置上,并配置有一个双层缓冲防溅罩。结果:不仅能够防止开启氧导管过小所致患者虚无吸氧,而且能够防止开启氧气袋氧导管的动作过猛或过大所致氧气袋内极其有限的救生氧瞬间丢失或过快流失。结论:通过与氧气袋的连接使用,能够实现真正意义上的便携给氧和急救。Objective To invent a disposable portable oxygen-flow indicator bottle that can be attached to the oxygen bag and can indicate the oxygen flowing condition inside the oxygen catheter,which can be used for both the outside rescue and diagnostic examination inside the hospital in peacetime and wartime.Methods Two inlets were set opposite on the spherosome bottle.A weight ball was set on the oxygen outflow of the flexible oxygen inhalation tube,the inflow of the exhaust pipe was in the bottle cavity center with a double-buffered splash guard configured.Results Hasty and abrupt opening of oxygen catheter on oxygen bag was avoided and the limited lifesaving oxygen was saved.Meanwhile,false oxygen inhalation of patients was prevented due to the undersized opening of oxygen catheter on oxygen bag.Conclusion The disposable portable oxygen-flow indicator bottle is better than the present oxygen humidifier bottle.It can ensure the effective portable oxygen inhalation in first aid.
