摘　　要：目的:利用计算机技术与现代通讯技术开展远程医学,进一步改善武警部队边远地区官兵的医疗卫勤保障。方法:依托武警部队视频会议系统构建三级远程医学中心组网的远程医学网硬件平台,并对平台设计与实施过程中的技术架构、主要特点、关键技术等若干问题进行分析。结果:能够实现依托视频会议系统,建成远程医学网硬件平台,开展远程医学会诊。结论:通过现有的视频会议系统,开展远程医疗服务,提高部队卫勤保障能力。Objective To promote the telemedicine by using the computer technology and the modern communications technology in order to improve the remote areas officers＇ medical service support in the Armed Police Forces.Methods Distance medical nets hardware platform of the Level 3 distance medical center network was build which relies on the Armed Police Forces video conferencing system and the questions around the technical framework,the mean characteristics and the key technology were explained.Results The video conferencing system was use to build a telemedicine net hardware platform which would help to promote the telemedicine consultation.Conclusion Telemedicine service based on the present video conferencing system improves the army＇s medical support ability.
