摘 要:目的:评估双层螺旋CT(DSCT)多平面重建(MPR)及容积再现(VR)技术在股骨头骨折中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析32例股骨头骨折的X线片和DSCT多平面重建及VR技术临床资料。结果:32例中单纯型股骨头骨折13例,X线片漏诊5例;股骨头骨折伴脱位15例,X线片漏诊2例(臼顶中心脱位)。术后复查经MPR及VR技术发现固定螺钉断裂1例,骨折断端对位对线差5例。结论:DSCT三维重建MPR及VR技术在股骨头骨折诊断及预后评估中与普通X线检查相比有明显优势。Objective To assess the value of double-spiral CT(DSCT) multi-planar reconstruction(MPR) and volume rendering(VR) technology in the application of femoral head fracture.Methods 32 cases of femoral head fracture X-ray films and DSCT multi-planar reconstruction(MPR) and the clinical data of VR technology were retrospectively analyzed.Results In the 32 cases,simple femoral head fracture was 13 cases,X-ray missed 5 cases;femoral head fracture with dislocation was 15 cases,X-ray missed 2 cases(central dislocation of the acetabular roof).After review by the MPR and VR technology,screw breakage was found in 1 case,fracture line on the position of the line difference in 5 cases.Conclusion DSCT three-dimensional reconstruction of MPR and VR technology in the diagnosis and prognosis of femoral head fractures in comparison with ordinary X-ray examination has an obvious advantage.
