摘　　要：目的:探讨军队医院医疗设备的规范化管理。方法:建立健全组织机构,完善各项规章制度,从申请论证、设备选型、安装验收以及设备使用和检修保养等多个环节进行了分析阐述。结果:通过科学、有效的管理手段,实现了对医疗设备全过程、全方位的管理,提高了管理效率。结论:医疗设备的规范化管理,是军队卫生装备管理工作中最经常、最大量的一项工作,关键在于要采用科学的管理思想和方法,并持之以恒地抓好落实。Objective To investigate the standardization of military medical equipment management.Methods We established a sound organizational structure,and improve various rules and regulations,from the application feasibility studies,equipment selection,installation and acceptance,as well as equipment use and repair and maintenance,and other aspects were analyzed and discussed.Results scientific and effective management tools to achieve the whole process of medical equipment,a full range of management,improve the management efficiency.Conclusion The standardization of medical equipment management is the management of military medical equipment most often,the maximum amount of a work,the key is to adopt scientific management ideas and methods,and perseverance pay attention to implementation.
