摘 要:对我国杂交粳稻38个恢复系进行了亲缘系数分析,并探讨了其遗传多样性。结果表明:约12%的材料间的亲缘系数(COP)值为0,COP值变异范围为0~0.75,平均值仅为0.09。经COP聚类分析供试材料可聚为4个类群:第一类群共有24个恢复系,核心亲本为C57;第二类群共有4个恢复系,都是IR8的衍生系;第三类群只有超优1号1个材料;第四类群包含9个材料,均是香晴的衍生系。分析认为,多数材料恢复系均是C57或者IR8的衍生系,遗传背景单一。研究结果对恢复系改良具有指导意义。The coefficients of parentage(COP) among 38 hybrid japonica rice restorers in China were analyzed to discuss genetic diversity of hybrid japonica rice restorers and provide the scientific basis for restorer improvement in hybrid japonica rice.The results showed that the COP value among about 12% restorers was 0.The variation range of COP value was 0~0.75 and the average value was 0.09.The 38 restorers were divided into four groups by clustering analysis.The first group had 24 restorers and the core parent was C57.The second group had four restorers and they were all derived from IR8.The third group had only one restorer.The fourth group had nine restorers and they were all derived from Xiangqing.
