沈阳市某医院室内空气污染细菌种属状况的调查与分析

摘　　要：[目的]了解甲型H1N1流感流行期间,医院室内空气污染的细菌种属分布状况,为进一步加强室内空气消毒提供参考。[方法]采用自然沉降法于2009年11月对沈阳市某急救中心医院的门诊大厅,候诊区,理疗室,某普外病房以及对照点进行空气细菌采样,共采集样品50份。检测指标包括细菌总数和细菌种属鉴定。[结果]该医院调查场所的空气细菌总数均符合国家卫生标准(GB9671-1996)。进一步通过细菌鉴定卡共鉴定出15种细菌(G+球菌10种,G+杆菌4种,G-杆菌1种)。除了理疗室采集的样品中检测出溶血性葡萄球菌以外,其余均为非致病菌;门诊大厅和候诊区的细菌种类明显多于对照。[结论]该医院各调查场所的空气细菌污染均以非致病性G+球菌和杆菌为主;虽然空气细菌总数符合国家卫生标准,且检测不出致病菌,但是,条件致病菌(溶血性葡萄球菌)的检出说明该医院仍然潜在着院内感染的可能性,消毒措施还需要进一步加强。[Objective]To investigate and analyze the bacteria categories of polluted indoor air in a Shenyang hospital.[Methods]The 50 air samples were collected by plain sedimentation in the clinic lobby,waiting room,physiotherapy room,surgical ward in the hospital and the reading room in a college.ATB test was used to identify bacteria category.[Results]The total count of bacteria was under the legal level.15 kinds of bacteria categories were identified（10 kinds of Gram-positive Staphylococci,4 kinds of Gram-positive rodes,1 kind of Gram-negative rode）,which were not pathogenic bacteria besides Staphylococcus hemolyticus found in the air samples of physiotherapy room.There were more bacteria categories in the clinic lobby and waiting room than in the reading room.[Conclusion]The bacteria categories of polluted indoor air in the hospital are mainly the gram-positive staphylococci and rodes.It is necessary to improve the air disinfection due to the existence of opportunist pathogenic bacteria in out-patient department.
