脑力劳动人群慢性疲劳者躯体症状、自我满意度和睡眠质量特征

摘　　要：[目的]了解脑力劳动者群中慢性疲劳患者躯体症状、自我满意度和睡眠质量的特征,为健康干预理论提供依据。[方法]在广西百色市按分层抽样的方法,抽取1597名脑力劳动者,其中慢性疲劳者357名。慢性疲劳者和正常者均进行问卷调查。[结果]①正常者和慢性疲劳者在性别、年龄的分布差异均无统计学意义(0.044/0.834,5.417/0.247);②慢性疲劳者躯体症状和睡眠质量的得分均高于正常者(12.183/0.000,8.596/0.000),自我满意度得分低于正常者(6.971/0.000)。[结论]脑力劳动人群中慢性疲劳者,表现出多种躯体症状、伴有较低的自我满意度和睡眠质量。采取针对性的干预措施将有助于改善躯体症状,提高生活质量。[Objective]To understand the characteristics of somatoform symptoms,self-satisfaction and quality of sleep of chronic fatigue among brainworkers.[Methods]A total of 1 597 mental workers selected by stratified sampling in Baise of Guangxi,of which 357 subjects were chronic fatigue,participated in this research.All brainworkers were asked to complete a series of questionnaires.[Results]①There were no significantly differences in gender and age between CF and normal（0.044/0.834,5.417/0.247）.②The scores on somatoform symptoms and quality of sleep were significantly higher in CF than those in the normal（12.183/0.000,8.596/0.000）,the score of self-satisfaction was lower in CF than those in the normal（6.971/0.000）.[Conclusion]CF cases among brainworkers have multi-system symptoms,with lower self-satisfaction and quality of sleep.Effective prevention program is beneficial for improving somatoform symptoms,elevating the quality of life.
