大学生时间管理倾向与网络成瘾的关系

摘　　要：[目的]调查大学生时间管理倾向和网络成瘾之间的相关关系,比较高低时间管理者的网络成瘾情况,了解大学生的时间管理倾向这一时间维度上的人格特质,为引导高校学生科学利用时间,合理使用网络提供科学依据。[方法]采用随机取样法对230名大学生的时间管理倾向和网络成瘾情况进行了问卷调查,用社会科学统计软件进行数据统计。[结果]大学生的时间管理倾向和网络成瘾量表得分呈显著负相关(r=-0.309,P﹤0.005),高时间管理组的网络成瘾量表得分低于低时间管理组[(45.02±12.14)vs.(53.23±12.44),P﹤0.005]。[结论]网络成瘾量表得分上,男生得分显著高于女生;相对于时间管理较差的学生来说,能较好管理时间的学生的网络成瘾的风险更低。[Objective]To identify the relationship between Time Management Disposition and Internet Addiction Disorder among college students,and to compare Internet addiction disorder between the high and the low scorers of the TMD scale.To see their personality trait on the time dimension,and offer bases to give correct guidance to students as using time and Internet.[Methods]230 college students selected from a institute in Guangzhou were measured with the Adolescence Time Management Disposition Scale and the Internet Addiction Disorder Scale.[Results]It found that the time management disposition was negatively correlated with the Internet addiction disorder,the correlation was significant（r =-0.309,P﹤0.005）,and the high and low scorers at the TMD scale were significantly different in the scorers on the Internet addiction disorder scale[（45.02±12.14）vs.（53.23±12.44）,P﹤0.005].[Conclusion]Relative to the worse time managers,the better managers get lower scores at the Internet Addiction Disorder Scale,which means they can arrange and use their time better.
