摘　　要：[目的]通过分析2010年乌鲁木齐市综合三级医院艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）结果的信息,了解艾滋病自愿咨询检测者HIV感染状况,为艾滋病防治策略提供科学依据。[方法]收集2010年在新疆医科大学第五附属医院艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）门诊676例自愿咨询检测者的基本信息,分析其性别、年龄、婚姻、文化程度等一般资料,暴露因素与HIV感染率的关系。数据库的建立用Epitade软件,率的显著性检验用χ2检验。[结果]在676例VCT中,HIV感染阳性12例,总阳性率1.78%。男87人,女589人;年龄集中在21~49岁占92.60%;因非婚异性性行为咨询检测87人,阳性9人,提示非婚性性行为阳性检出数比较高,已成为艾滋病传播的最主要的人群;文化程度在初中以上（不包含初中）有471人,占总数的69.67%。[结论]开展艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）,不仅可以尽早发现、及时治疗和预防感染,为受检者（特别是感染者）提供心理支持,而且还可以有效减少危险性行为,预防AIDS的传播。[Objective]Through analyzing the information of cases of conducting HIV VCT in comprehensive third-grade hospital in 2010 in Urumqi city of Xinjiang,to know the infectious status of those cases and provide scientific bases for AIDS prevention and control strategies.[Methods]676 cases of accepting voluntary counseling and testing in the clinic of Fifth Affiliated Hospital to Xinjiang Medical University in 2010 were investigated,their gender,age,marital status,education and other general information,exposure factors and HIV infection rate were analyzed.The database software was established with Epitade,the rate was tested with χ2 test.[Results]In the 676 cases of VCT,HIV infection cases were 12 cases,with a total positive rate of 1.78%.Males 87,females 589;concentrated in the age of 21 to 49 years old,accounting for 92.60%;due to non-marital heterosexual sex counseling and testing,87 people,9 were positive,indicating positive detection of non-marital sexual behavior was with relatively high numbers,which became the most important people in AIDS dissemination;471 people with educational level at middle school or above（excluding junior school）,accounting for 69.67%.[Conclusion]AIDS voluntary counseling and testing（VCT）,not only early detect,timely treat,prevent the infection and provide psychological support for the subjects（especially HIV）,but also effectively reduce risk sexual behaviors,prevent the spread of AIDS.
