女子监狱警察心理健康及自尊状况调查

摘　　要：[目的]调查研究女子监狱警察心理健康状况、自尊情况,并进行相关因素分析。[方法]对女子监狱355名干警用一般情况问卷、症状自评量表(SCL-90)及自尊问卷(SES)进行问卷调查。[结果]研究显示有34.2%的狱警具有心理不适症状,其中有4%的狱警症状已较严重或是出现的频率较高,SCL-90中各个因子分都显著地高于国内常模。SCL-90与SES得分的相关分析表明,自尊与SCL-90各项因子均呈明显负相关,低学历且处于一线工作岗位的狱警自尊水平较低。[结论]云南省第二女子监狱狱警心理健康状况低于全国平均水平,自尊与心理健康状况呈显著负相关,是一个值得关注的心理干预方向。[Objective]To research mental health,self-esteem of women＇s prison police and to discuss related factors.[Methods]Used the general situation questionnaire,symptom checklist（SCL-90）and self-esteem questionnaire（SES）on 350 female prison police.[Results]This investigation showed that 34.2% of the prison police had psychological symptoms,of which 4% were more severe symptoms or had higher frequency.Score of every factor in the SCL-90 was significantly higher than the national norm.Correlation analysis showed that self-esteem and scl-90 had a significant negative correlation.Less educated and first-line jobs had a lower level of self-esteem.[Conclusion]The Second Women＇s Prison police of Yunnan Province have lower mental health level than the national average.Self-esteem and mental health show significant negative correlation,and self-esteem is important for psychological treatment.
