军队干休所人员急救知识认知和需求现状的调查

摘　　要：[目的]了解军队干休所人员对急救知识的认知及需求状况,为开展军队干休所人员急救知识的普及培训提供依据。[方法]通过整群抽样的方法,采用自行设计的调查表对1074名军队干休所人员进行问卷调查,了解军队干休所人员对急救知识的认知现状及需求情况。[结果]军队干休所人员急救知识较缺乏,尤其以非医务人员明显;高中及以上人员的急救知识的评分高于初中及以上人员(P﹤0.01);小于40岁人员对心肺复苏知识的掌握优于大于40岁人员(P﹤0.01);不同性别人员对急救知识的掌握情况差异无统计学意义;干休所人员有强烈的学习需求,87.1%的人员愿意学习急救知识,91.4%的人员通过医院途径获得急救方面的培训。[结论]军队干休所人员急救知识的认知存在明显不足,同时他们有较强烈的学习需求和愿望,需要组织专门的急救知识培训以提高其现场急救的知识和技能,以降低院前病死率,更好保障军队离退休老干部的健康。[Objective]To investigate the cognition and demand of first aid knowledge among the personnel in the rest homes for retired army cadres in order to offer some references for their training in popular emergency medicine.[Methods]Used cluster sampling,we conducted questionnaire investigations among 1 074 personnel of the rest homes for retired army cadres on their possession and demand of first aid knowledge.[Results]The personnel generally lacked first aid knowledge,especially the non-medical workers.Those aged below than 40 years had significantly higher scores on first aid knowledge than those above 40 years（P﹤0.01）,and those with higher educational level scored significantly higher on cardiopulmonary resuscitation than those with lower education（P﹤0.01）.No statistically significant differences were found in the possession of first aid knowledge between different sexes.Strong demand for first aid knowledge was noted among the personnel investigated,of whom 87.1% considered first aid training imperative,and 91.4% desired to receive regular first aid training in hospitals.[Conclusion]The personnel in the rest homes for retired army cadres are lacking in and eager for first aid knowledge,which necessitates regular training programs aimed at improving their first aid knowledge and skills so as to reduce pre-hospital mortality and provide better medical care for retired army cadres.
