急性左心室功能衰竭患者血清白介素-8、高敏C反应蛋白和干扰素-α水平的变化及意义

摘　　要：[目的]研究白介素-8(IL-8)、高敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)和干扰素(TNF-α)水平在急性左心室功能衰竭患者血清中含量的变化并探讨与左心室功能和左心室重构的相关性。[方法]测定40例正常人、80例左心室功能衰竭患者治疗前后的IL-8、Hs-CRP和TNF-α水平含量,同时采用彩色多普勒超声心动图测定左心室射血分数和左心室重量指数。[结果]治疗前左心室功能衰竭患者IL-8、Hs-CRP和TNF-α水平明显高于正常对照组,IL-8、Hs-CRP和TNF-α水平与NYHA心功分级正相关,与左心室射血分数负相关,与左心室重量指数正相关。[结论]血清IL-8、Hs-CRP和TNF-α水平可能作为评价心室重构及心功能衰竭严重程度的指标,可作为左心室功能衰竭的诊断辅助指标。[Objective]To determine the levels of serum IL-8,Hs-CRP and TNF-α in patients with acute left ventricle failure and to explore the relationship between the levels of serum IL-8,Hs-CRP,TNF-α and functions and remodeling of left ventricle.[Methods]The levels of serum IL-8,Hs-CRP and TNF-α in 40 healthy volunteers and 80 patients with acute left ventricle failure were determined.The ejection fraction and mass index of left ventricle were measured by echocardiography.[Results]The levels of serum IL-8,Hs-CRP and TNF-α in 80 patients with acute left ventricle failure were significantly higher than those in 40 healthy volunteers before treatment.The levels of serum IL-8,Hs-CRP and TNF-α were negatively related to the ejection fraction of left ventricle,and positively related to the mass index of left ventricle.[Conclusion]The levels of serum IL-8,Hs-CRP and TNF-α can be the indicators to evaluate the severity of left ventricle remodeling and heart failure,and can be ancillary used in the diagnosis of acute left ventricle failure..
