纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗治疗右肺中叶不张91例疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]探讨经纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗术的效果和安全性。[方法]对91例右肺中叶不张患者采用支气管肺泡灌洗术,并将其支气管内分泌物作病原学和病理学检查,同时支气管内局部使用抗生素和激素治疗,观察其疗效。[结果]91例右肺中叶不张患者,84例肺不张复张,明确了病因,临床疗效好;7例病程超过3个月,不张肺未复张。均未发生并发症及不良反应。[结论]纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗术具有有效、安全、简便等优点,可适用于支气管内疾病的诊断和治疗。[Objective]To discuss the effect and safety of the bronchofiberscope alveolar lavage.[Methods]Observed the bronchofiberscope alveolar lavage in 91 patients of atelectasis of middle lobe of right lung and examined the secretions in the bronchial with etiological and pathological examinations.At the same time,the local of the interior of bronchi was treated with antibiotics and hormone.[Results]Among the 91 patients with the atelectasis lobe of right lung,84 patients with pulmonary atelectasis re-expanded again.We found the cause of the disease,then the clinical effect turned out to be good.7 patients＇ courses of disease were beyond 3 months,their atelectasis lung didn＇t re-expand.What＇s more,none of them had complications and adverse reactions.[Conclusion]Bronchofiberscope alveolar lavage has the advantages of effective,safe and convenient,which can be used to diagnose and treat the disease of interior bronchi.
