新型三氟甲基苯胺酰烷基三苯基季鏻盐的合成及其抗肿瘤活性

摘　　要：以对或邻三氟甲基苯胺为原料,氯烷酰氯为连接基团,合成了4个新型的含酰胺结构的季鏻盐(3a～3d),其结构经1HNMR和IR表征。采取MTT法对3进行生物活性测试结果表明,部分季磷盐具有较高的抗肿瘤活性。Four novel triphenylphosphonium containing p-,or o-trifluoromethylphenylamide were synthesized from p-,or o-（trifluoromethyl）aniline using chloroalkyl chloride as the linking group.The structures were characterized by 1HNMR and IR.The biological activity test results showed that the some of them exhibited signification anticancer activity by MTT method.
