摘  要:目的:研究藏药花锚的降血糖和降血脂作用。方法:复制大鼠高血糖、高血脂模型。实验分为正常对照、模型、二甲双胍和花锚高、中、低剂量组,高血糖模型大鼠ig给药15d后尾静脉取血测定血糖(FBG)、高血脂模型大鼠ig给药30d后尾静脉取血测定血清总胆固醇(TCH)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-CH)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-CH)水平。结果:与高血糖模型组比较,花锚高、中剂量(780、390mg(生药)·kg-1)组FBG含量显著降低(P<0.01或P<0.05);与高血脂模型组比较,花锚高、中剂量(560、280mg(生药)·kg-1)组TCH、TG、LDL-CH水平显著降低,HDL-CH水平显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:花锚具有明显的降血糖和降血脂作用。OBJECTIVE: To study hypoglycaemic and antiatheroscloresis effect of Tibet medicine Halenia eliptica. METHODS: Hyperglycemia and hyperlipaemia model were established successfully. Model rats were divided into normal control group, model group, dimethylbiguanide group, H. eliptica high-dose, medium-dose and low-dose groups. Hyperglycemia rats were given medicine intragastrically for 15 days, and then blood samples were collected via tail vein to determine FGB,hyperlipaemia rats were given medicine intragasticalhy for 30 days, and then blood samples were collected via tail vein to determine TCH, TG, HDL-CH, LDL-CH. RESULTS: Compared with hyperglycemia model group, FBG levels of H. eliptica high-dose and medium-dose groups (780 mg(crude) .kg^-1 and 390 rag(crude).kg^-1) decreased significantly(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05). Compared with hyperlipaemia model group,TCH, TG and LDL-CH levels of H. eliptica high-dose and medium-dose groups(560 mg(crude),kg^-1 and 280 mg(crude). kg^-1) decreased significantly while HDL-CH content increased significantly (P〈0.01). CONCLUSION:H. eliptica has been characterized with hypoglycaemic and hypolipaemia effect.
