摘 要:目的:利用响应曲面法优化桑枝多糖的提取工艺。方法:以桑枝多糖得率为指标,采用单因素和响应曲面法对提取温度、提取时间、料液比和提取次数进行考察,优选最佳提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为提取温度100℃、料液比1:20、浸提时间2.5h、提取2次,实际测得的多糖得率为6.15%,与模型预测值基本相符。结论:模型可较好地预测桑枝多糖的得率,响应曲面法对桑枝多糖提取条件参数优化具有可行性。OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology of Morus alba polysaccharides by response surface method (RSM). METHODS: Extraction temperature, extraction time, ratio of material to liquid and extraction times were investigated by single factor test and RSM using the yield of M. alba polysaccharides as index to optimize the extraction technology.RESULTS: The optimal condition obtained from RSM was as follow: extraction temperature 100 ℃, the ratio of material to water 1:20, extraction time 2.5 h, and extracting for 2 times. The yield of polysaccharides was 6.15%, which was in line with predicted value basically. CONCLUSION: The model could well predict the yield of M. alba polysaccharides, and RSM is feasible to optimize the extraction technology of M. alba polysaccharides.
