不同生长年限滇重楼中4种重楼皂苷的含量比较

摘　　要：目的:研究滇重楼中4种重楼皂苷的含量与其生长年限的关系。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定不同生长年限滇重楼中重楼皂苷Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ的含量。色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为203nm,柱温为35℃。结果:不同生长年限滇重楼中重楼皂苷的含量差异较明显,3年生药材重楼皂苷的含量比较低,4、5年生药材含量明显升高,5年以上药材含量有下降趋势。结论:重楼皂苷含量的变化规律可为确定滇重楼采收年限提供参考依据。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the relationship of 4 kinds of chonglou saponins contents in Paris polyphylla with different growing years. METHODS： HPLC method was adopted to determine the contents of chonglou saponins Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ in P. polyphylla of different growing years. Agilent Zorbax SB-C18（150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） column was used with mobile phase composed of acetonitrile-water （gradient elution） at the flow rate of 1.0 mL. min 1. The detection wavelength was set at 203 nm, and the column temperature was 35 ℃. RESULTS： The diversity of the content of chonglou saponins in P polyphylla of different growing years was great. The ingredients in 3 years of P. polyphylla were in the lower levels, the ingredients in 4 and 5 years increased significantly, and the ingredients in over 5 years had a decreasing tendency. CONCLUSION： The changing rules of 4 chonglou saponins in P. polyphylla provide scientific basis for the collecting year.
