益肾通络化瘀方治疗2型糖尿病合并抑郁症的疗效和生活质量观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益肾通络化瘀方治疗2型糖尿病合并抑郁症的疗效和生活质量。方法:选择60例2型糖尿病合并抑郁症患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。2组均给予基础治疗,治疗组在基础治疗上加用益肾通络化瘀方。治疗10周后采用糖化血红蛋白(HBA1C)和空腹血糖变异系数(CV-FPG)评价血糖控制情况,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和糖尿病生活质量量表(DQOL)评定患者抑郁症状。结果:治疗组患者的HBA1C水平(7.3%)明显低于对照组(8.0%),有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗组患者的CV-FPG(10.7±1.4)明显低于对照组(14.8±1.7),有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗组患者的HAMD和DQOL评分分别为8.27±1.61、86±8,对照组则分别为14.78±1.93、97±6,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益肾通络化瘀方能促进2型糖尿病合并抑郁症患者血糖平稳下降,并改善患者抑郁症状,提高其生活质量。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the effect of Yishen tongluo huayu prescription on type 2 diabetic patients with depression and quality of life. METHODS： 60 type 2 diabetic patients with depression were randomized into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. Both of the 2 groups were given basic treatment, meanwhile the patients in the treatment group were treated with Yishen tongluo huayu prescription. 10 weeks later, the blood glucose control was evaluated with coefficient variation of hemoglobin Alc （HBA1C） and fasting plasma glucose （CV-FPG）. Hamilton Rating Scale （HAMD） and Diabetic quality of life scale （DQOL） were used to evaluate depression symptoms. RESULTS： The level of HBAIC （7.3%） in the treatment group was significantly lower than in control group （8.0%）, there was statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The level of CV-FPG （10.7 ± 1.4） in the treatment group was significantly lower than in control group （14.8 ± 1.7）, there was statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The scores of HAMD and DQOL in treatment group were 8.27 ± 1.61 and 86 ± 8, and in control group were 14.78 ± 1.93 and 97 ± 6, respectively. There were significant differences between two groups （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： Yishen tongluo huayu prescription could control blood glucose smoothly, improve depression condition and quality of life in type 2 diabetic patients with depression.
